For guests parking at Perry Lane Hotel for the evening, complimentary valet parking will be available.

Mini-bus transportation has been arranged for guests traveling between the hotel and the ceremony at Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist. 

​

Guests are kindly asked to allow grandparents, older guests, and ladies wearing heels priority seating on the buses whenever possible.

​

For those who wish to enjoy the walk, the Cathedral is just a short four to five-minute stroll (approximately 0.1 mile) from Perry Lane Hotel. For walking directions between the Cathedral and Perry Lane, please refer to this walking map.

Departures from Perry Lane Hotel

• First departure: 6:30PM

• Continuous service between 6:30-7:00PM

• Final departure: 7:00PM

 

Return transportation will be available following the ceremony. Guests are kindly asked to allow grandparents and older guests priority on the first bus returning to Perry Lane Hotel.

Is there a dress code?

We want you to dress up with us so this is a black tie optional affair. Ladies think a floor length gown or formal mid-length cocktail dress. Gentlemen think a black or dark formal suit or tuxedo.

Can I bring a Date?

We are so excited to celebrate our wedding day with our closest family and friends! Due to the capacity of our venue, we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Are kids invited?

We love your little ones! However, unless your children are listed on your invitation, this is an adult only event. We encourage you to use this evening or weekend as a date night or fun getaway.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin punctually at 7:15 p.m. Please arrive no later than 7:10 p.m. If you arrive after 7:10 p.m., you will not be allowed into the ceremony. 

​

Is there parking nearby?

The Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist in Savannah does not have a designated parking lot, but street parking is available. Several parking garages and lots are also within walking distance. You may also choose to complimentary valet at Perry Lane Hotel so that your car is safely at the hotel ready for pick up after the reception (see transportation section above).

Is the reception close to the ceremony?

Yes, the Perry Lane Hotel is .01 mile, about a 4 minute walk, from the Cathedral.

​What color are the bridesmaid dresses?

All of the gorgeous bridesmaids will be in shades of green.

Will the event be outdoors?

While all events will take place indoors, there is a beautiful outdoor patio that overlooks Savannah attached to the ballroom.
